Greetings All!

 

I have a plan. (That can be dangerous, I know!) I would like to combine our Leadership Dinners with Creating Successful Clubs (aka Officer Training). It should be an interesting and informative program for all. Members and guests can stay for the second hour if they like, but club officers are required if they want DCP credit! These are my proposed agendi. If you have something you would like to facilitate, by all means, put your name on the dotted line.  I've attached all of the info and will make copies for attendees. Are there any questions or comments?? Did I miss anything?? Spread the word, let's have a good turnout and a great time!

*These are workshop style trainings. Go over the list of duties (see attached). Ask for a few problem areas or specific issues or questions. Write those on a white board. Group the issues and ask how others have dealt with or solved those problems. Mainly, facilitate a discussion on your area for 15 minutes.
