What is the D39 Club Fitness Program?
The D39 Club Fitness Program (CFP) is a new program designed to help clubs between 13 and 19 members grow to charter strength. This is accomplished through 1.) the use of an Assessment tool, which helps club officers identify both weak points and strengths of the club, 2.) the creation of a club Action plan by members of the club that includes SMART goals, and 3.) Assistance to the club through online resources, group training modules, and one-on-one work with a club specialist. Download the full program description here.
