 The Club Fitness Assessment Tool helps clubs pinpoint areas that need strengthening.  This is accomplished by having club members focus in on eight key areas: Toastmasters Protocol, Club Meetings, Membership, Guests, Communication, Club Officers, Educational Activities, and Member/Club Recognition. By utilizing this simple tool, Club Officers can easily identify areas to be included in their Club Action Plan.

Moments of Truth

The Moments of Truth module from Toastmasters International is another way your club can determine areas that need strengthening. This program consists of a guide, Power Point Presentation and a work group activity that concentrates on the six Moments of Truth that a guest or member experiences with a Toastmasters club: First Impressions, Membership Orientation, Fellowship, Variety and Communication, Program Planning and Meeting Organization.
